Hailing from Ireland, Saige is a singer-songwriter who is making waves with her fresh brand of alt-pop. This time around it comes in the form of Ultraviolence, an upbeat instant classic that renders difficult to put down. The track is the perfect follow up for Saige’s debut, titled ‘Soothe Me’, which has already made waves on DSPs.
Having studied at BIMM, Saige has been defining and refining her sound on the Dublin live music circuit. With influences stemming from Alt-Pop, London Grammar and The XX, Saige is destined for big things.
Discussing the releases, Saige explains:
“Ultraviolence is probably best described as an insight as to what can go on at home behind closed doors. It explores the torment, yo-yo of emotions and inevitable emotional numbness of an unhealthy relationship.”
