Check out today’s exclusive video premiere. “Orange Sky” is an upcoming track from rising artist Clay Priskorn. It’s a slice of twangy rock beauty, featuring gorgeous vocal melodies and a bit of a Smith Westerns feel.
Clay Priskorn’s budding musical career began at age 18 when he began seriously writing and recording songs in his parents’ Agoura Hills, California garage. His debut album ‘Bury ’em Deep’ was released in 2013, and by 23 Clay was sharing festival bills with the likes of Dido, Five For Fighting, Brett Dennen, and John Hiat, in addition to co-writing with The Eagles songwriter Jack Tempchin.
Clay does the writing, mixing, mastering and producing for his projects all on his own, really embracing the DIY aesthetic.
